Before diving into real estate, Erik worked on sport fishing boats and later combined his business acumen with his entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating a restaurant and founding the only 24-hour rockfish tournament on the East Coast—an event that remains a local tradition. Today, as the leader of The Windrow Group, Erik specializes in luxury vacation homes, waterfront properties, and investment opportunities.
